Gone Cold N.H.

Introducing: Gone Cold N.H.

New England College

In the fall of 2022, students at New England College spent months researching, interviewing, and writing a podcast series about some of the most intriguing cold cases in New Hampshire.
Students spoke with investigators from the Cold Case Unit, experts in the field, and family members of the victims.
The intent of this series is to shed light on cases that can go decades without answers.

The class thanks the Cold Case Unit and others that were willing to speak about these difficult stories.

Music in these episodes is provided by Blue Dot Sessions.
Sound effects are provided by Openverse.

“For a case to go cold it really has to have a time period of 2 years (of) no new tips, no new leads, no new investigative avenues that can be pursued.”

This is Gone Cold New Hampshire... a series about crimes that weigh heavy on the families of victims. and the investigators working to seek justice.

…There are more than 100 unsolved murders and missing person’s cases in the Granite State... some take decades to solve.

It was utter shock I think for everybody in the room.

Other’s remain a mystery.

“It wasn’t because she was this bad evil person, she was struggling and she needed help”

In the Fall of 2022, students at New England College dug up answers, spoke to investigators, and even family members.. hoping to shed light on cases that can at times, feel hopelessly forgotten.

Using the power of podcasts, perhaps those impacted can finally find answers.
